Mythic praises EA

News | Nov. 5, 2007 (6 months, 2 weeks ago) | by Indelible | Filed in Mythic Entertainment

Over the weekend, EA Mythic division chief Mark Jacobs claimed that EA are more than a little misunderstood and praised them for their approach to Warhammer Online. Jacobs said that EA are focusing on producing quality titles instead or trying to ship games as quickly as possible.

Warhammer Online recently announced that there would be further delays before the release of the game and it looks like EA are in full support of the move.

With Bioware Pandemic now under the EA wing, players will be watching the gaming giant closely because if they mess up, it will be a massive waste of a chance to change the minds of millions of gaming fans who feel that EA don't care about gamers.

With the annoucment that EA's not doing so good, it's not going to do Warhammer any favours. I for one am very wary of EA and anything they touch.

i'm pretty sure high executives at EA don't care for gamers... they just want more money.

i complete agree with what you said in the last paragraph. I have a gaming news site and ive been covering a lot of EA-distributed titles and most if not all of them have problems. either in lacking quality, or it's a good but glitchy game. and also, theres that rare problem with the EAlink downloader where some keys werent accepted.
